Folks, I'm working in Cardiff from mon-fri next week, and chances are I'll have a few free hours at some point, probably to take a run up to Cwm carn, or ride at Castle coch.
I'm staying centrally in Cardiff, any idea as to where I can get a hire/demo bike?.

Try ringing Cyclopaedia 029-2037-7772 Crwys Road, they don't strictly hire but they may well help you own and have something to "loan". They may even provide some riding buddies 😉
