What's the concensus on this:
Do peeps with workstands and carbon seatposts use the seatpost to hold the bike or what?

Nope. use a tatty old post in the stand. wouldnt chance it.... 🙂

I'm amazed at some of the Q's on here! I got a carbon seatpost from USE ( free from a race) and it's got a lifetime G'tee. I never even question that it'll survive some spannering! It survives my lardy ass pounding it every day so a 5mm hex key wont make any difference!

Absolutely. Just don't be a klutz with a klamp.

Why would it matter? The workstand clamp will be doing almost exactly what the frame/seatpost clamp would do. Treat it in just the same was as an aluminium/steel post.

Yep use mine in the work stand as did the lbs, just don't beast the clamp in!
