What would you go for, Thomson or Easton?

Using a Thomson stem if it makes any difference

I use Easton on mine, but wouldn't object to Thomson.

I've run a pair of Easton DH's (now Havoc) for over 3 years now, really good (light, strong plus comfortable).

Raceface Sixc bar on my Chromag Aperture. Plenty of people over here use them and do crazy shi'ite.

Easton for me, just because they look nice and I know they're the right shape. Sure I'd be just as happy with SixCs, or Answers.

Slightly down on the Havens and the way the white graphics have torn up though ๐Ÿ™ But then, according to Totally Unbiased Easton Sources, they're exactly as strong as the old Monkeylite DH

Thomson only go up to 730mm? Not that wide for a HCHT. Bar width is directly proportional to radness unless you are tiny.

Kinesis Strut 750's on mine. Scary light at 175g but seem to be holding up fine and feel great. I'm not scared of them.

Is there any difference in the 'feel' when changing from aluminium to carbon bars?

No change in feel from the Sunline V1 I took off as far as I can feel.
