been offered a carbon road frame.
its a 2004 but otherhwise seems in good nick, ie hasnt been crashed.
but the laquer is slightly discoloured (whitish) in patches on the seat tube down by the bb
and its missing about an inch square (of laquer) under the top tube.
no damage to the weave, but is this structural or just cosmetic?

It could easily be flatted down and relaquered too for next to nothing
