Received a new frame in the post.
And saw some damage next to the plastic cable guide and the frame number when wanting to install BB, removed plastic cable guide and found some more damage underneath.
Opinions please: danger? structural? Send back or partial refund?
Its a road bike for a smaller female

It's been dropped, personally I'd say it was just the paint/laquer that's affected.
Whether you accept that on a new frame is your choice.
