Hi All

I have had my CDF for a while now and after bouts of 'shall I sell it, shall I not' I have decided to just spend some cash on the beast - soooo after searching the Internet I still haven't found a set of decent carbon forks to stick on it ! needs to be QR compatible and eyelets for guards ?

Any advice greatly received !

I bought a set for my old croix from 18 bikes. They were about £150. Not sure if they can still buy them from genesis or not, but it'd be worth asking.

They look a lot better than the kinesis ones in my opinion.

Maybe try a genesis dealer. I have a 2016 CDF 30, which was supplied with carbon fork. Maybe they do them after market ?

Yep, speak to Sportline, who are the distributor, or your local Genesis dealer. They will be able to get the carbon fork for it.

They're out of stock - of the old fork from 2009-14 CdFs - and waiting for delivery of a new carbon fork. Due 17th March, if anyone wants to order one for then.

Meanwhile Whisky Components do a very nice fork which would work but it's expensive compared with a Genesis Frame - £399 RRP I think.

Otherwise the Kinesis Tripster fork RRP £169.99 (£152.99 from us for STW folk) looks like a good alternative.

I looked at this one but I am sure the rake for the old genesis fork is 50, and the tripster fork is 45 - is the difference going to make a noticeable change in the ride feel ? I love the tripster fork as I have one on my my ATR already !

Thanks for the help chaps

I'd have thought that there would still be some of the 2015 ones in stock, appreciate older 09-14 ones all gone...
