[#10680194]

Ordered a fork from them last week, was sent out earlier this week. Arrived at my dads work ( for logistics reasons) where the receptionist didn't recognise the name so sent it back with the postie. Apparently it needed signed for, i was given on warning of this.

Logic would dictate that it would be sent back to them.

Not very impressed so far as:

- emialed them asking what will happen - no response
- attempted to phone them (google number, there website dosent have one), which is an extension and just rings for eternity
- messaged them on facebook, no reply

Any one else with similar experience with them?

Don't exactly want to shame them as it isn't their fault it wasn't delivered but it is certainly their fault that they don't reply to emails and have shoddy customer service.....

Carbon cycles imported via “bike fridge” off eBay ? I’ve had only good experience with them. If it is same company 🙂

Hold on, you ordered a product, they sent it to the specified place but you refused to accept it and now its been returned by the courier only last week and you are kicking off already?

Just wait for the package to arrive back at exotic and they will contact you to rearrange delivery. If you are really lucky, they may not charge you.

You can't kick off because they haven't answered a phone, they may be out riding or be on holiday.

They have a good reputation, don't be so eager
