[Closed] Canyon Strive CF inner gear cable routing

Does anyone know if you can run a 4mm outer gear cable through the whole frame instead of the outer finishing at the side where it goes in at the headset and then the inner cable running inside until it comes out at the bottom under the crank where it goes back into an outer cable before going back through the inside of the frame through the swing arm? Been having issues with gear changing, probably due to water getting in, but to stop as many places it can get in I'm hoping to run one outer cable all the way through, if possible?

Basically will it fit through the hole at the side rather than me having to strip it all down again to check? Yip, I should have checked that before I replaced it. 🙂
