Hi there all
Can anyone help I have just broke my rear stays on my canyon nerve am 2011 due to freak accident been in touch with canyon and they don't carry spares so does anyone have any ideas or what I can apart from buy new frame

Rather than seek to replace the broken part (which they may no longer have stocks of) then the crash replacement program highlighted in the link above should give you the option of a full replacement frame at reduced cost.

Other than that, you are down to looking for a similar frame (or bike) on eBay, STW classifieds etc/

Hi there
The crp as mentioned above only applies to the original owner which iam not but then the price is still very high for a replacement ,I have only had the bike since February and been out several times so iam gutted that you cannot buy spares and is looking like I have to purchase a new frame just because the rear stay is broken is it like this with other bike manufactures I really like the canyon but don't want this to happen again so bit put off can you buy spares from the bigger companies such as giant , trek etc

Most of the bigger companies only keep spare frames as warranty replacements. What they may do is monitor replacement rate and sell off any surplus.

Yep, I've heard of other companies only selling spare to the original owner and some just keeping them for warranty
