I ordered a t-shirt from Canyon last week, finally gets delivered today but it's not a t-shirt in the package. Its a brand new pair of Oakley fuel-cell glasses. I rang the UK customer service guys and they apologised, sorted out sending me a new t-shirt and said keep the glasses for the inconvenience.
Just wanted to say share this as I thought that was really nice.
