Tried the usual suspects Ebay/CRC and coming up a blank.
Do I buy BMX levers? Any suggested sources?

Cane Creek make them for drops.

You can adjust some Avid flat bar levers between V-brake or canti

any oridinary bike shop?...or else as suggested earlier above SJS (£££s).

try too classified on RetroBike.co.uk if your after a specific model vinatge / colour (Diacompe SS7s were my personal fave) for the job

Shimano BLR440 flat bar levers. Recommended for caliper brakes and mechanical disc, but will also work well with cantilever, as they're a "short pull".
In nice condition, £10 posted if you're interested. 😉

Got some Dia compe PC8's servo wave levers, the absolute biz when I used them on my canti's!
