tried to put new decals on my heckler but it simply wont stick.
i usually spray the frame with gt45 after cleaning but have n't this time and i have also cleaned the area with degreaser and warm soapy water
any suggestions?

Yup, they're a bugger to get stickers to stay on. I've no useful suggestions though, hopefully someone else does
you won't be able to stick stuff to ano frames, usually they laser etch them

Isopropyl alcohol on a clean cloth to totally remove any residue from the GT85. You might need to give it several goes. You could also try heating the frame and decals with a hair dryer to loosen the adhesive and allow it to permeate the grain of the anodising.
A bit of heat will do it.
