dose anyone know if i paint/power coat my cannondale frame will it void any warenty

Unless you have it done by someone authorised by Cannondale yes it will.
Are you the original owner of the bike?

The lifetime warranty only applies to the original owner. As you bought it second hand you have no warranty with Cannondale.

You are looking for Cannondale to honour a warranty claim on an 8 year old second hand bike? You'll be lucky, their warranty terms expressly state that they do not apply to anyone other than the original owner. You can feel free to paint it IMO
