Is it possible to get replacement rear suspension parts for one of these bikes ? I was talking to someone the other day who owns one and they said they've tried looking but couldn't find where to get them from, I said I'd ask on here as a favour...

Suspension bushing's sizes are specific to the shock type, but available from most bike shops or cheaper from your local bearing supplier.
I don't know for sure, but I imagine the frame pivots should be 'normal' bearings, so he was to take the swinging arm off and pop them out, they can be replaced again by most bearing suppliers.
If he fancied making it into an Uber V, I've a Jekyl swinging arm doing nothing
I had mine serviced by All Terrain Cycles a couple of years ago and vaguely remember them saying that they couldn't get replacement bearings and/or pivots. I think they solved the problem by cutting a bit out of a larger part, which seemed to work quite well.
