Not long got myself a cannondale flash and want to use XT's rather than the standard avids.
The rear mount is post mount. Can anyone tell me what adapter i need to run the 160mm rotor on the rear with the XT's - Ive not got the brakes yet but im guessing its not gong to be a straight bolt to the frame and im going to need some form of adapter.
Any ideas guys?

For 160's you just bolt them straight to the frame no adaptor required.
