Right found myself a Cannondale hardtail.
I have a few questions though. Not too up on modern MTB stuff. I spend most of my time and money over at Retrobike.
But here goes.
I have a set of M960 cranks. Can I use them on a BB30 bottom bracket?
How do I change the bearings on a BB30?
What headset bearings do I need for a Flash frame with Headshok forks?
Will a 10 speed front mech work on a 9 speed system?

Yes you can use the cranks but will need a bb30 to 24mm axle adapators, someone like problem solvers make them.
Bearings are easy enough to change, FSA make a drift for removal, couple of quid, put it in and tap with hammer and punch, then press in the new ones.
