anybody know what size/spec bearings i need to order to give my 2009 Cannondale Prophet a service/ replacement?

please tell me that they're standard sizes?

I dunno what size they are 'cos I've had my Prophet from new in 2009 and it's still on it's original bearings.
Qwerty cycles have them though for £16 and free shipping.
