Hi guys,
Looking for some local knowledge. Thinking of popping up to Cannock this comming Monday, anyone know how it's riding? Is it covered in snow? If so, does this really matter?
Any insight or advice appreciated!

if you are planning on doing the dog and monkey watch out for compacted snow getting icy on some corners and the fire roads, you can go from grippy snow to slick ice to dry dirt within 100 metres!
Nice rideable snow at the moment. The Chase can get get very icy After a slight thaw due to the amount of walkers trails used to link the riding sections. If it stays cold it should be ok, If it thaws expect mud or glass ice on sections. Put another post out on Sun if You want an accurate forecast. Where are you travelling from?
It's interesting in the snow/ice. Very slippy in places.
