Has anyone been to cannock chase (follow the dog and monkey trail) in the last week or so, if so what were the trails like?
I last went at the end of december, and it was a muddy hell, dont want to do that again, so has anyone got an up to date picture?

Not got a picture but I went yesterday and it was fine, a couple of small patches of mud but mostly pretty dry.

Was there last night not too shabby at all. mostly dry quite a bit of swirly mizzle but otherwise OK.
S11 is closed for repairs but everything else is highly raggable.

Sdry. Still wet in the dense trees away from FYD/Donkey Trail.

Couple of wet patches but after the dry hot we had will be dusty 🙂
