[#918327]

Get your beard on for some digging on the Chase this coming Sunday.

10am at Swinnerton Cycles at Birches Valley then we're heading up to the work site.

We've got a free barbecue and prize draw for all volunteers, working until mid to late afternoon depending on weather and that.

See you Sunday

Stu

Will follow the dog be open, or are these the trails you are working on?

Follow the Dog will be fully open (as far as I'm aware), the Big Build Day is to get the new red route (the snazzily named 'Phase 2') built.

Thanks to anyone from around here who made it along yesterday. Top day with a grand total of 49 builders and 250m of brand new trail cut (plus more pre-cut trail surfaced).

We gave away the last of some of our current prizes yesterday so expect to see some new stuff on the next big build day on Sunday 15th November

We're also out building every Sunday for anyone who wants a crack at digging before then.

There'll be a report up on on our blgo over the next day or so http://chasetrails.blogspot.com/

Was a good day even though I had a puncture to deal with on the way home(only 3 hours late, good work with the proper mugs.I,m glad abbie was there or Immy would have got very bored!

Even though there was nearly 50 helpers Chasetrails could do with more and possibly could get the trail opened a hell of a lot quicker, shame on those @ the beginning on bikes that trundled off SHAME ON YOU!!!! 😉

Knackered my wrist at work Stu so there was no way I could swing a mattock or push a barrow.... 😉
