I never carry a watch, so don't really know but I'd guess 2 hours ish for an average lap of Follow the Dog + Monkey Trail. You can cut it short and just do the Monkey Trail if you're pushed for time.

2 hours. Is that words of a 29er Lycra machine or a weekend warrior like me?

Monkey trails only eleven ish miles long, I did it the other week in about an hour an half (with a pee and a nana stop) on a ht 29er...
And I'm not a Lycra whippet by any stretch of the imagination... ๐Ÿ˜ฅ

There are some routes on the outskirts of Nuneaton as well.

According to CT, FTD and Monkey Trail are 7 miles each.

Speaking as a weekend warrior, looking at my times, on average it's about 1:00-1:15 for the Dog and ~2:15 for the Dog + Monkey. If pressed for time, but want more to do more than just the Dog, it's easy enough to do the Dog and add a fireroad climb to the last one or two descents of the Monkey if you look at the map.

1hr46min for Dog and Monkey, though that was May last year, if the braking bumps have got worse then it may take weeks to find your way out of the canyons :D.
