Been waiting for these to appear for sale, but can't seem to find 'em anywhere? Has anyone got one yet? Who's the importer for Cane Creek?

Extra advised they're getting them in stock this week, RRP is a hefty £199 though...

I have a works components HA reducer, which does the exact same job for half the price 😉 It's very good.

Doesn't do 'exactly' the same job, as the Cane Creek gives you all the bits to run varying head angles. The Works cups are set at whatever you pick.

The Works cups arn't bad though - my Mrs had some in her Socom which helped it. Absolute beast to get in though & didn't quite slacken the frame as much as advertised.

Indeed, they do a similar job, but only the CC has the range of adjustment from one unit. Though, I do have to seriously ask myself just how likely is it that I'll fiddle with the HA enough to warrant the investment... plus, with the CC headset you have to remove it each time to make the adjustment, so not a simple process really... decisions decisions... might be worth waiting for a second gen version that might be adjustable without removal?

If you get the kit that comes with all the cups, but it's to retail at £190 vs £75 for a complete works components kit. So you get more options but you pay for them- you could get the exact same range of options for less with WC and you get a load of spare bearings to go with it 😉 Also the angleset has less total adjustment, 1.5 is the max vs 2 for the wc kit.

There's some fitments it's better for but by and large it's just hype, and a very complicated way of doing a job that people already know how to do more simply. Initially it looked like the Angleset would allow adjustment without knocking out the cups, which would be real progress. Mainly the excitement seems to be from people who had no idea this could already be done, the mainstream mags are certainly like that "Now you can adjust your head angle ZOMG!"
