Most UST tyres dont have wire beads.

Yes. With tubes and without, although without, you may have trouble getting them to seat and hold air. These can be solved by either a rimstrip or tubeless sealant.

Ah,
I see what your asking...i would imagine if you can run them with stans/ghetto they with ust would be fine.

Only other point, you'll probably need Presta valves: at least on my Mavic rims Schraeder valves won't fit through the hole.
