8 pints a night is bad enough... but I remember the stag-do... He just DID. NOT. STOP!!

"Common sense" would suggest water is less harmful than alcohol, but unless you're taking in vast quantities in a short time scale I think you be hard pushed to drink "too much" water.

Be interested in your rationale for drinking that much water though?

Dunno about over-hydrating but I've always thought this 8 pints a day thing was rubbish. Nice clear wee but going 10 times a day- no thanks.
