Of dog sh1te , if you can I would make it compulsory for every dog owner to register a sample on a database so when you find a turd quick sample, find owner and fine them. As I can't recognise the dog by the taste of its sh1te.

This is my idea, you've stolen it. Not the shit eating bit, but the dogshit dna database one.
All dogs chipped n licenced, if their shit is found, the owner has to eat it.
