can sombody please help me find a bike for a mate

my mate is wanting to get in to mountain biking and has a budget of £600, doesn't need rear suspension, and doesn't have to be brand new, he wants 29 wheels, and he is 5ft 6
can any one suggest something, he was looking at commencal el camino 2 29er, but I have offered to lend him £200 to up his budget

Small GT Karakoram @ Pauls Cycles? Well under budget just in case he hates it. Bit poverty spec in places, but it'd be a decent starter I reckon 🙂

Cube aim 29er Disc? Think they can be picked up for £450 forks a bit shit but when I had a ride it was nice enough.
