Can i use any greas on my bike ore do i need specific " bike greas " ? Thanks.

Bearings I use whatever I have, could be expensive bike stuff in a small pot or cheap car stuff in a large can.
Bolts, to stop them seizing? Copper slip stuff.

Free range goose fat is better than "proper" grease IME.

try and use the same stuff Greggs use in their sausage rolls , wont last long but smells mmmmmmmmmmmmm.

Lithium grease I've read some say will harm stuff like o-rings.

Bolts - small torque I'd use thread lock to keep them in place. High torque, maybe copper grease to aid removal. Copper grease needs to be kept away from some stuff (seals I think).

General bearing grease, I'd use marine grease as is particularly good at keeping water out.

In a freehub I'd use a light oil rather than grease.

Chain - oil or wax lube, not grease.
