Thinking of buying a 2nd hand Fox fork with a 15mm axle. Currently my wheels use qr. Will there be compatibility issues?

Yes, you will have issues. A 15mm axle will not fit in a 9mm hole.
Depending on the wheels you may find adapters, if they're superstar switch or some hope for example.

What hub do you have? Only way to know for sure

mine went the other way around ... 15mm fork, 15mm wheel then got
some carbon rigid forks that were 9mm - couple of mavic adapters
sorted me.
you may find that you'll have to change the axle or worse the hub !

Some hubs (e.g. Hope) can be swapped around 9mm, 15mm or 20mm.
