i need any advice you got. i put in some new valves in wheels, crossmax xl. now cant get the blasted tyre back on, its a panaracer fire xc. i managed to just loosen one side of the tyre to put new valve in and thought i had managed to seat tyre ok, it even pumped up but now has gone down and tyre has come away. its a nightmare the tyre is so tight there is hardly any give in it,even with brute force and decent levers just can do it. please help.

Lots of advice here - http://singletrackworld.com/forum/topic/i-feel-like-such-a-kb-cant-fit-a-tyre

or just search" tubeless help " for more. should find something on here

edit: i didn't contribute to that, but I always find stretching the tyre -keeping hold of,the bead and pushing it away from you, helps

Ensure the bead on the tyre within the rim is located within the deepest part of the rim to ensure you have the most slack when trying to lever over the last bit.
Use warm soapy water around the tyre bead to help the rubber slide onto the shoulder and bead seat.
Use compressor or you may get away with a foot pump to inflate to 50-60 psi for steel beads to seat. Folding beads are a bit of a pig to inflate and seat.
Depending on weather you are using UST or standard tyre you may need to add latex sealant.

Good luck.
