Try your LBS, we've got a drawer full of various types left over from past jobs, unable to match them without the fork though.

Just been through a nightmare trying to get some.....
what thread size are they (thread that goes into the fork btw)?
if they are 10mm then they are easily sourced, someone on here will have some.
if they are 8mm then they are harder to come by, try a wanted ad on retrobike, or the only ones i was able to find was a Ti bike shop from china who sells them on ebay
