hello
going riding on the quantocks next Wednesday driving up on the Tuesday night.looking for a suitable car park/lay-by where I can park up for the night and get my head down
i will be coming in from the direction of Taunton so ideally somewhere around triscombe area?

Dead Woman's Ditch car park is bang in the middle, with access to Triscombe / Great Wood one side, and the natural singletrack descents the other. Regularly see campers there.
Lydeard Hill car park is another option. Beautiful view to wake up to, can take the Drove Road up to the main ridge for 2 or 3 miles for the natural stuff, or veer off halfway for the Triscombe trails.
