[#329392]

Thinking ahead now to Easter and looking to get up to Dumfries and Galloway for a few days. Weather permitting of course, would prefer to camp rather than B&B.
I've googled and there seem to be a few, but looking for recommendations.
Nothing fancy needed, just a decent loo/shower block.
Ta muchly.

Lots of sites at Sandyhills, Kippford etc.
Is Glentrool no longer open for camping? Used to be OK, but over-run with the midge later in the year.

I use Castle Cary Campsite. It is a caravan park, but has good camping facilities. Has a nice little pub on site and also has a heated outdoor pool!
