Have a few days off next week and thinking of going somewhere I havent been for a while, or at all to ride some new/different trails other than cannock. I'm thinking either dyfi to do the mach 3 trail or betwys to do (what used to be called) the Marin, or Penmachno. Anyone recommend either of these? Or anywhere else? I'll probably be camping. Thanks
Depends on what sort of riding you want to do, sounds like you fancy a trail centre. If so then I would go to coed-y-brenin. Enough to fill a good couple of days there and is no further than what you suggest
However if you fancy something more adventurous I would head to the north lakes, but it'll need more research.
I think it'll have to be a marked trail as I'll be on my own so don't want to get lost! I like c-y-b but done it loads of times so fancy something different but challenging (lots of techy, steep stuff if possible)
