Hello font of all knowledge:
I have successfully rebuild my right hand 2009 record shifter, but I'm struggling with the left one. It seems like the springs are held in using a different mechanism.
All the youtube videos seem to deal with just the right hand shifter, so any advice or pointers would be great!

I've done them but don't recall that the left was significantly different to the right. not much help, sorry....

Thanks Clubber,
Comparing them next to each other shows the actual body is shaped slightly different, hence the difference in spring position. I suppose I'll just have to try trial and error for a while and work it out.
