Old 9 speed Chorus.
Fixing up an old road bike for my mate's lad.
Changed cables, etc and note that the front brake lever does not spring back fully, but brake caliper seems sticky too.
So....is it only the spring in the caliper when creates the tension on the lever?
Bike was in bits when I got it so never actually tested the brakes prior to rebuild....
