Other than a clean what am I missing here?
Some mounting hardware?
I think it might be a serrated washer of some kind?

Do you know how many for the front brake?
Or does that depend on the fork?

there should be one washer about 2-3mm thick that is serated, goes between the fork and the caliper, nothing else is missing as far as i can see.

Just the one serrated washer. Not terribly easy to see, but check http://www.campagnolo.com/repository/documenti/en/Cat_ric11-B.pdf.

Cables and outers wouldn't go amiss, to assist with the actual function of it like.
