£30 for a replacement bladder? FFS it's a glorified plastic bag that holds water!!!!!!!
i have one that you can have for £20. Includes 1 normal hose and a 90 degree bitevalve, plus a thermal hose for winter with an inline bitevalve. THis is sterilised.

I would dearly love to hear from someone who works for their distributor on this issue.
camelbak spares are well overpriced. When you consider that £30 also buys you a whole smaller camelbak bladder with a whole camelbak pack to put it in, via the same dealer and distribution network. Does this mean that it actuall costs the same to manufacture the 'outside' pack of a hydrobak as it does to put five inches of extra rubbery stuff onto its 1.5l bladder and make it into a 3l?
what they charge for pipe cleaners, plastic drying frames and milton tablets is also daylight robbery. Decathlon could do so well if they would mail order their own more sensibly priced alternatives.
£30 was on CRC , Wiggle have them at £23 .Thats with a lifetime warranty but even so i reckon they knock them out for bobbins.£10 should be ample IMHO.
upgrade to platypus for half the price.
you can get a whole 3L backpack for £31.49....

Could it be anything to do with Summer +3Ltrs- the time when you REALLY need a 3Ltr bladder?
I got one of these off merlin cycles... sold the outer on ebay for 15quid and kept the bladder!
Ta xcstu, do they add carriage to that?
Hora: ya think it is free delivery over 10quid!
sure it says thinking in the top corner of their website 😉

Don't know if they're availble aftermarket, but the nalgene one I have in my Hammerhead is the best I've had by a mile.
Don't the bladders have a lifetime warranty?
lifetime warranty? hope so
I am in the same replacement bladder or new bag situation since mine has sprung a leak, tube patches just don't do the job

Looks like you can get them, but not cheap:

Using superglue and a tube patch on mine has worked for the last couple of months (mine was 2nd hand)
Heck, it's only £30. That doesn't even buy a decent tyre these days and they last for rather less time. My 3l. bladder has just been replaced after some 6 or 7 years of use and I reckon that is pretty fair value for a product.

I earn the national average wage, and £30 is nearly 10% of my monthly disposable income. It may be 'only' for you, but some of us will be on the lookout for something just as good at 1/3 of the price.
National average is more than I get so be thankful for your position within the national earnings bell curve. If you had to buy one every month I'd agree with your argument but C.bak bladders last forever if looked after.
