Anyone know of replacements for the ferrule/cable stop/thingies that go into & out of the frame to house the internal cable routing. Mine is a Palomino & i've lost 2 of these things 🙁

My top tip; just run a full length of outer cable from the bars through the frame; lasts a lot longer and is a lot less hassle.
I use a straightened out coat hanger to poke through the frame; I've lost the inside bits..

i know bob jackson cycles does internal cable routing, might be worth a call
