Debating whether to get a set of cable pullers but really dont know if the extra cost is worth it over a set of needle-nose pliers?

Any experiences...and are Pedros pullers worth a look at £13?

I have the lifeline version, got it from Wiggle I think for under a fiver (doesn't seem to be available any more though!). Dead handy IMO, makes a simple job even simpler. Why not?

I have the Park Tools ones, very useful for aligning gears correctly, much more so than pliers.

after spending an hour wrestling with some cant's on my cross bike I had some of the park ones delivered today.

For canti brakes they are great but don't find the need for anything else
Had park ones for years and work very well

i use a pair of mole grips...does the job for me
