Is there anything one can do to suppress cable buzz inside a carbon frame?
It's pretty minor to be fair, but I like my stuff to be perfect, and the fact that there is a slight buzz from one of the cables inside my frame drives me slightly crazy.

Zip tie them together and leave the tail long, that way when you push the zip tie inside they don't move about. You can also lag then with something soft and a few mm thick.
