I'm in the market for some M-324s or similar with flat on one side and spd on the other.
Is there any difference between those marked as OE for £33 and those not for £50? Both come with cleats?

They are for my commuter. If I'm riding a long way I'll have SPD shoes on, if I'm near work and I'm just tootling a few miles without changing clothes I don't want to have to put on mtb shoes and carry smart shoes with me.
Well I got some from CRC, and I'm glad I did. They are superbly well made for the money, and I've only ridden them with SPDs so far but they are way tighter and give more support than the knackered ancient 757s I had before.
I'll try them with office shoes tonight.
