Anyone know if we can buy online from these guys?
I'm trying to buy the Bliss Vertical LD armour jacket, and there doesn't seem to be a "buy" option.

Madison are distributors, not retail. Click on their dealers link to find your nearest shop.

Every bike shop in the country will have a Madison account. Go into your LBS.
