Hi all has anyone bought anything direct from burgtec in the last couple of weeks and received the parts?
Ordered some pedals on the 23/7 all paid for and heard nothing! Number I found doesn't work Facebook messenger and even the info email address over a week ago and nothing at all!
Always got stuff before within the week so a bit puzzled really.

Was out riding with Dan on Wednesday who was telling me how busy they are, and thinking they're going to have to take another person on in the warehouse soon as they were snowed under, hopefully you've just been a bit unlucky.
As an aside, does your LBS not stock Burgtec? They supply something like 120 independent shops these days, all usually with a bit of stock in (and capable of getting more within 2 working days).
I've tryed the only number I could find on the web page which wouldn't connect.
I have since found one that is about 30 mins away! But had ordered them by then all so,I did just use some money that was in my pp account as it was burning a hole in my virtual pocket lol.
I was waiting for a while for some offset bushings.
I got through on 0161 6671 407 first thing in the morning. It rang out in the afternoons.
Spoke to Dave and it was sorted out and I had my stuff in a couple of days.
