I'm planning on having my "stag do" in Snowdonia round about May / June next year - we're planning on riding / walking Cadair Idris, walking around the Devil's Kitchen and possibly riding Snowdon too, over a long weekend.

Does anyone know of a decent bunk barn for 10-12 people close to one of the above features (yes, I know they're quite far apart). Somewhere reasonably comfortable and warm would be good, plus close to food.

24 of us are stopping here next week http://www.bensbunkhouse.co.uk/
No idea what it's like but can let you know. It's only £200 per night too

I've stayed at the Glen Aber and it's a bit rubbish but they have beds and a shared ( 😯 ) hot shower. but then all bunk houses tend to be a bit run down and rubbish. Worth paying a bit more for a B&B I reckon.

Cheers guys. Yeah something between a barn and a B&B would be ideal really, like a big old house or something.
