[Closed] Bum bags / hip bags / fanny packs / whatever you want to call them?

I can't see any recent threads on the above subject. I almost always ride with a rucksack on - nothing huge but it carries some basic tools / keys / phone / wallet and on longer rides a hydration bladder. This week I went riding and forgot to take the bag so rode with phone / keys in my shorts pocket. Revelation not wearing a bag! Just worried me to death not having Allen keys / pump / spare tube etc. Got me thinking about bum bags - how very early 90's! That said I think they may have a place for shorter rides under 2'hours (most of my riding in fairness) and my current bike can fit a water bottle cage on it. I don't want to remortgage for something massively fancy / cool / enduro but equally want something that fits nicely / doesn't bounce about / doesn't look too silly. What have people got that they are using / what did hey cost / how secure are they on jumps and drops?

ive got a Camelbak palos 4 for sale if your interested, just been washed so like new, and the bladder ive only used 3 times 🙂 #blatantplug
