Whilst building the single speed I was considering fitting bullhorn bars.
Any of you guys use them and what are they like.

Got them on my commuter, very comfy and similar to riding on the tops/hoods of drop bars.

Fitted a TT lever in one end, feels better to reach forward a little than to reach back to those little levers you get on the flat part.

I love 'em.

Got a set on my singlespeed and just put some on my geared road bike. Never felt comfortable on the drops and bullhorns are great for city riding, plus the brakes are always in reach. Comfortable for long rides too, I've done 100 mile rides with no problems (at least due to the bars ๐Ÿ™‚ )

considered them for my SShackmuter, but couldnt see any real advantage over using the tops/hoods of the drops, infact drops offer a few more hand positions which i really appreciate pushing up the hill.
I dont struggle to brake from the hoods in traffic, and im comfortable descending in the drops
