Does anyone buy the stuff WD40/GT85/copies) in 5 litre containers? It is cheaper, you know that you have 5l of the stuff and you can see what you are using. However does it prove to be easier to waste less? No over spray if careful and you can use a brush. Any thoughts?
I've got a 5 litre wd40 that I've had for over a decade. Came with its own spray bottle.
In the winter I use it in a chain cleaner device too, to displace the water after the jet wash.

Mine’s over 20 years old! Hardly use it anymore though; GT85 smells nicer.
Mine could be a lot older. Similarly, with GT85 being less that £3 a can from time to time, filling the spray bottle seems a lot of effort.
Right about the smell as well.
