Can you run a bulb with a fifteen mm bolt through ?

Short answer: No.
Long answer: Yes, but you'll need to find a machine shop to run you up a pairof adapters.
The Bulb will take either 100x9mm QR or 110x20mm bolt through, so there is room for 100x15mm.

Yes, you can machine down the Pro II adaptors to fit.
I posted a how to with pics when I did it. I'll just find the link....
