Bugger bugger bugger
Just had a call from the bike shop doing a bearing replacement - seemingly their is a crack in the aluminium dogbone linkage.
Its an 07 - anyone had the same - any ideas of costs (yes I have googled it)

OK not so bad. Frame has a 5 year warranty and the importers just want to have a look at the frame first and they should let me have one under warranty.
Good job I kept the receipt...

£50 for a new one
They did one at cost for me though [£32 ish IIRC]

OK thanks for the info.
Annoying really as it has had an easy life. No wonder the back end felt a bit 'loose'.
