Budget 29er frame with 142mm rear axle?

I have some spare wheels, a nice set of 29“ with good tyres, all tubeless.

Clearly I need to build another bike to fit them to. Aiming for a nice light rigid thing for blasting the local fire roads and railway paths.

Does anyone know of a cheap (on-one, brand x, ebay china special sort of thing) frame that will take a 142mm x12 bolt through rear wheel?
